Andrew Bibby

Chief Executive, Grosvenor Americas

Andrew Bibby has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Grosvenor Americas since 2009.  Grosvenor Americas is the North American subsidiary of London-based Grosvenor, a privately owned property group active in some of the world’s most dynamic cities, and having $16.8 billion of assets under management.

Andrew has been with Grosvenor since 1984, working in Vancouver, Calgary and San Francisco, and during which time he has been involved with the acquisition, development and management of all property types.

He is a graduate of UBC and Oxford University and a past member of the Sauder Business School advisory board and director of the Real Property Association of Canada. 

He previously represented UBC, Oxford University, British Columbia and Canada at rugby.  He is married with three children.
